Product Description:
The M/D series membrane (such as M/D25 type) is made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material, which has excellent fatigue resistance and wide temperature adaptability (-40 ℃~100 ℃), designed specifically for the high-frequency blowing and cleaning requirements of Autel pulse valves. The three-layer composite structure (sealing layer+polyester fiber skeleton+elastic layer) ensures fast response (≤ 30ms) and long lifespan (standard 1 million actions) in high-pressure environments.
Applications:
Baghouse Dust Collector Jet Pulse System
The M/D series diaphragms (such as the M/D25 model) serve as the core sealing and actuation components of pulse valves in dust collectors. They control the instant release of compressed air to conduct high-frequency jet pulses (multiple times per second) to clear dust from the surface area of filter bags.
Operation:
- Electrical signal triggers the pulse valve → Diaphragm opens instantaneously → Compressed air is injected into the filter bag through the jet tube → Filter bag expands and shakes off dust → Diaphragm resets and closes promptly.

- Autel AE1825B, AE2825B, AE1825R, etc., 1-inch pulse valve 1;
- MD series pulse valves (such as MD120, MD125, MD140S, etc.), particularly suitable for valve sizes ranging from 20mm to 76mm 36.
Powder Conveying and Silo Arch Breaking
Used for clearing blockages in pneumatic conveying pipelines or breaking material bridges in silos, the pulse air flow prevents clogging and is suitable for scenarios involving coal dust, grain, plastic granules, and more 36.

The diaphragm is the most important part of the pulse valve. When the pulse valve is energised, the trapped air above pulse valve diaphgram is quickly exhausted causing fast opening of main diaphragm valve. When the pulse valve is de-energised , air escapes through bleed hole of main pulse valve to balance the diaphragm pressure and instantly closes the pulse valve.
